supportive housing can be a powerful tool for promoting positive change, providing a stable and
supportive environment in which individuals can regain their independence, develop new skills, and
achieve their goals.

Hawraa Al Aridhi
Hawraa Al-aridhi is a dedicated advocate for criminal justice reform and reducing the recidivism rate. With a background in law enforcement and a Master of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, she has a deep understanding of the challenges facing incarcerated individuals and the impact of the criminal justice system on their lives.

After years of working with both male and female inmates, Hawraa Al-aridhi decided to take action and make a positive difference in their lives. She founded Beyond Bars Inc, a halfway house that provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals transitioning back to society. Through their leadership, Beyond Bars Inc has become a place of change, offering comprehensive programs and services to help residents rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.

For Hawraa Al-aridhi, Beyond Bars Inc is more than just a halfway house - it's a family. They believe that everyone deserves a second chance and that with the right support and resources, anyone can overcome the challenges of reentry. They are deeply committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all residents, especially those who may not have anyone else to believe in them.

In addition to their work at Beyond Bars Inc, Hawraa Al-aridhi, is also actively involved in advocating for criminal justice reform and raising awareness about the issues facing formerly incarcerated individuals. They are a passionate and dedicated leader, committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Our vision is a community where all Returning citizens, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse Adult male and female have access to the resources and support they need to successfully transition from incarceration or treatment to a productive and fulfilling life. We envision a future where all individuals have the opportunity to reach their full potential, and where supportive housing services are an integral part of a comprehensive approach to promoting community safety, reducing recidivism, and enhancing overall well-being.
